Delete your Learn How account

You can delete your Learn How account here, at any time.

There is nothing to cancel first. Learn How has no subscriptions and no paid plans.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your profile, photo, bio, saved teachers and preferences are permanently deleted.
• Your messages and reviews are removed from Learn How.
• You're signed out everywhere. This cannot be undone and the account cannot be recovered.

What we keep, and why

• Booking and payment records are kept for 5 years, as required by Qatar accounting and tax law, then deleted. They are no longer linked to your name.
• Safety reports you made or that were made about you are kept for 12 months so investigations can be completed.
